Customers using Gnomeify or Petrify must provide an acknowledgement before uploading photographs, confirming that they own the submitted content or have the necessary permission to use it.

The generation process requires submitting photographs or derived content to external AI processing services. This processing is necessary to provide the requested generation functionality.

Customers may withdraw consent where permitted by law. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide certain services or fulfill outstanding orders.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss.

Customer-uploaded photographs, 3D models, and generated files are stored in private Canadian cloud infrastructure, with access controlled through authenticated customer accounts and applicable security permissions.

Customer files are retained for up to two years from the original upload date, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer retention period is required by law.

Customers may request deletion of their uploaded and generated files at any time. Once deletion has been completed, the affected files are permanently removed from our controlled customer storage and cannot be retrieved through the customer account.

Certain transaction and business records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes.

External service providers may maintain separate temporary processing records according to their applicable service arrangements and legal obligations.

Although we take reasonable precautions to safeguard information, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy legislation, customers may request to:

• Access personal information held about them.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Request deletion of eligible personal information and uploaded content.
• Withdraw consent, subject to applicable restrictions.
