7. AI Processing Notice

The Gnomeify service uses artificial intelligence tools to generate stylized images and 3D model files based on a customer-uploaded reference photograph.

By using Gnomeify, you authorize The Print Shop by iTech to:

  • Receive and process your uploaded photograph;
  • Submit the photograph or derived output to third-party AI service providers;
  • Generate a stylized 2D image;
  • Generate a 3D model file;

AI-generated outputs may not be accurate, exact, complete, or suitable for every purpose. The Print Shop by iTech does not guarantee that an AI-generated figurine will exactly resemble the uploaded photograph or subject.

You should not upload sensitive, confidential, private, unlawful, or highly personal images unless you are comfortable with those images being processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

8. File Storage and Security

Uploaded files and generated files are stored in private cloud storage. Access to customer files is restricted and gated through authentication or internal administrative access.

We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include private storage, authenticated access, limited administrative access, encrypted connections, third-party hosted checkout, and access controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Unless a longer retention period is required for tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes, customer files and related order data are retained in active systems for two years after the associated order, upload, generation, or account activity. After two years, the information may be archived rather than kept in active operational systems.

Archived records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or business-continuity purposes. Access to archived records is limited and used only where reasonably necessary.

Current retention practices are as follows:

10. Account Deletion and File Deletion

You may request deletion of your account or certain associated personal information by contacting hello@it3dp.ca.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required, subject to legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Deletion of an account may result in loss of access to order history, uploaded files, generated assets, and purchased digital downloads.

11. Access, Correction, and Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
